Tweaking for iTunes

Nov 19, 2006 16:34

I'm suffering from a sudden addiction to iTunes. Actually, it may have been spurred by my recent addiction to all things Apple, and my desire to increase my use of the varied functions of my MacBook. BUT DEAR GOD THIS PARROT WON'T STOP TALKING AT THE TOP OF HER LITTLE BIRDY LUNGS! Whoa, is she chatty when music plays. If it wasn't so loud, it would be really really cute. Anyway... I'm making a CD of songs that always make me excited to hear on the radio, because I love the feeling I get when it's been a long day and something comes on to just make it a little better. Though, I wonder if that will take away a little of what makes it so wonderful. We'll see.
I don't know the names or lyrics of all of them anyway.

So far:
Mr. Brightside - The Killers
Absolutely (Story of a Girl) - Nine Days
What You Own - Rent Motion Picture Soundtrack

Can anyone remember any other ones (not all Rent related) that used to make me squeal stupidly at the intro?

And when it's from the 80's or is somehow 90's girl-pop, don't laugh at me.
