Going from fab to drab
Assignments here are so different from writing assignments in college in the states. My sensory analysis professor killed my happy buzz with the grade I got on my first paper. I am so pissed off you have no idea. I did this assignment early. There was no last minute 2 am writing and I thought it was pretty damn good. He said that I was too general...ummm I had 700 words to talk about Aboriginals and their diet from way back when compared to now and what they used to eat and how they live their lives now. How specific can you get in 700 words? ugh grrr i hate this and I have another one to write over spring break that is due when we get back. I am not excited about this and I was hoping for high distinction in this class. I thought I would do well and not disappoint myself here but I guess when you set high expectations and you fail then harder it hurts.
