Good Day,

I received this call from guest Helen which she was very upset because she had spoken to Deidre a PVP at ext. 82314, who had booked her in a modified cabin for two herself and her 78 yr old mother. The guest decided to bring her granddaughter along with them on the trip and called back Deidre to add a third guest. Deidre automatically transferred Helen to ASD because she could not find any triple modified cbn, Helen advised me. Deidre did not transferred the gst over to ASD at the time of booking so we could adv gst of w.c info or documented anything for that matter. Guest Helen was very upset because the only cabin we had that was modified and holds a triple is a cat 6b cbn#1001, in which gst has a cat 4c. Helen wanted to hang up and cancel her reservation, until I adv her of other options. I spoke with Deidre and advised her she was not supposed to book the modified cabins. Deidre advised me that her supervisor Sean at ext. 85303 had advised her that if the modified cbn was available to not even ask, to just book it.

I really wanted to make this known because this is one of a lot of calls from day to day basis that we receive from PVP's booking modified cabins and their supervisors advising them they can.

Thank you,
