The reactions have been hilarious, though I'm frustrating that the person responsible will not step forward. Honesty is one thing, altering peoples' minds without their consent is something else entirely!

It's a matter of knowing how to tie the vines securely around the...well, you will need logs. Not sticks.

And a cage too? You could make one of those out of small vines and whippy branches. Make sure they are young, green branches, so that they bend easily.

Oh, and we need to make a raft. Actually, a number of small rafts would be best. There was four feet of snow on the ground yesterday, and today it all melted so everything is flooded. And there are these fish that ate a whole deer in a matter of seconds swimming around, so that's not an option. I was really getting sick of that deer, though. I think Chopper-kun is going to have a fit when I get home.

And no, not like shoelaces. You have to wrap the vines around the intersections for support, making smaller knots as you go to ensure that it is sturdy.

I mean, other than a deer bite on my shoulder, I'm fine. And the acid burn on my hand. Insufferable primates.

And they're already dead. Well, most of them. I never did catch the acid-flinging monkey.
