I've heard that a sickness called 'the flu' has been going around, and that the only place to obtain a vaccine is aboard the Vongola. Is this true?! I have looked up this; it has killed millions of people! How is it that the medicine is so hard to get?

Do we want more people to die? I do not want to see people I care for fall from another plague if it can prevented.
