Snowballing
I am a person who snowballs. When I get to this level of stress, It's like a snowball rolling down a big hill.
I'm really excited about the prospect of moving, especially out of state. Just for something new. But my snowball-y brain takes it to the place of "well, what about when I have kids??? I want them to be close to my mom the way I am to my grandparents".
