tired, sore, tired
still coughing a bit.. when it happens I am still losing a lung.
Went to my ophthalmologist (eye doctor) today. I am still weird but nothing has changed in the past year, so still coasting and review next year. Phew.
Saw chiropractor.. back is getting better but neck and shoulder still agony. Am going to have some Aspirigin soon. hmm...
We all went to the zoo. The panda enclosure is being built so lots of (you guessed it) ... dust... oh joy to my poor sinuses who are trying to recover still.
They had no stuffed parrots! I have been saying for about a year that I will get a bigger one 'when I go back to teh zoo... nada! So I got a plush owl... looks a little like Hedwig.

Watched the 1st ep of the latest NCIS episode... yeah and interesting... a lot can be read into one final 'look' to an episode... 2 months captive and torture. Who knows what gliches in the mind?? we shall see.
Possibly off to Victor Habour tomorrow. I have warned mum that it is the end of the whale season and we most likley will not see any. Yeah for my Kumfs boots.
D is giving me a neck and should rub.. ouch.. but good ouchhhhhh...
