sick - definately
No talking today....
I have been coughing all night and pulled most of the muscles in my back.
My sinus infection is worse.
I am trying to avoid antibiotics. The dr agreed I can see how it goes but must return Monday if it is not improving.
I have crusty eyes, laryngitis, inflamed ears and a viral sore throat which the doc thinks I got when in Canberra.

running out of tissues. Where does all that come from!
Oh joy, it is just in time for my week holiday next week.... now just hoping the dust storms, in the east coast, will die down enough for mum, sister and niece to fly in tomorrow.
