-Comfort food! That's right, apple crumble, pie, soup, jacket potatoes, the whole circus :D And I don't need to feel guilty about it either, since I need fuel for my uni work!! ^^
-After eight dinner mints. Especially if they're on asda
-Advent calendars! Yes, they're childish, but that hasn't stopped me from getting a Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends one for myself (for the tank engine is made of win. anyone who defies this logic will get mown down by his wheels of fury)
-Hot chocolate. I've discovered that my uni's library does the most cracktastically yummy hot chocolate ever. For only £1.30...beat that, franchised coffee shops!
-Open fires. Haven't seen one yet in Canterbury, but I'm betting that Tiny Tim's Tearooms will have their fireplaces lit up by now...afternoon tea trip, y/y?
-Getting cheap tinsel to cheer up my uni slum ^^
-Mulled wine for it is yummy and is a must for when I am busy making gingerbread folk for my friend's Christmas presents.
-Candy canes. Since Canterbury has loads of old fashioned sweetshops, it's relatively easy to get these to bring home for the family's Christmas tree.
-Cadbury's Rose's strawberry cremes. I don't care that Roses can be brought all year round...the big tin of Cadbury's Roses has always been a part of my Christmas, and there's always a made rush for the strawberry cremes.
-Being able to snuggle up in my duvet without feeling (too) lazy. That is until I realise I ought to be working on my essay or studying...
