Babe, I know how you feel. Some of the actors here are so incredible, i fell unworthy to be in the same major as them some times. Every rejection makes it feel like you are a bad actor, which really is not the case. Just like you I have seen incredible growth in my acting from month to month, week to week, even day by day. As for reaching one level of acting...well the thing is that when you keep working on bettering your acting the level you were once striving for you have now surpassed. No actor in this world will ever reach perfection, no matter how much we try to.

One of the best ways I have found to help with my acting is while you are in the rehearsal process(towards the beginning) to just let go of yourself, fuck around with the character as many ways as possible, and then work of what really works for the play and you as the actor. Honestly, that is what a play great. Every actor has something to bring to the character that can never be reproduced by anyone else.

Don't know if this reply will make things better or not, but I decided to give a try for you. We haven't talked in so long and I miss you.
