brunch: rice, 2 chicken thighs, chicharon, water
dinner: fried rice with mixed veggies and chicken, water
exercise: 35 minutes interval treadmill, 20 lat lifts 5 lb weights, 20 front lifts 5 lb weights, 20 biceps 5 lb weights, 20 triceps 10 lb weight, 20 shoulder presses 5 lb weights, 40 oblique leans with 15lb weight each side, 25 dead lifts 10 lbs, 40 crunches, 40 reverse crunches
post-workout snax: chocolate soy milk, whataburger bacon taquito
day 318
brunch: 3 meats pizza, garden salsa sun chips, cup of rainbow sherbet
dinner: 2 spicy chicken burritos, chips and salsa, water
exercise: 35 minutes elliptical, 40 crunches, 40 reverse crunches
post-workout snax: chocolate soy milk, spoonful of peanutbutter
applied to 3 jobs in the past couple of days. kind of changed my game plan a little. hopefully i can get an admin job or lab tech job or something local while i wait out my contacts for something more legitimate regarding what i spent the last 4 years doing. that's the plan thus far. hopefully i'll hear back from someone. here goes nothing.
