Y'know, I really do love the anonymity of the Internet. I can fool everyone into thinking that I have a "good grasp of the English language," when in reality, I carefully scrutinize everything I write to make sure that it sounds like passable English. Including what I'm writing right now. 8D
You need to hear someone talk to judge how well their understanding of a language is. This is far from how I actually speak; I make typical Japanese-oriented mistakes like missing plurals, omitting "the" and "a," pronouncing words like they would be in katakana, etc.
