Have I mentioned that I love this city?
So, remember in elementary school when the book fair would come to town and set up in the media center or gym or whatever? You would beg your mom for $10 or whatever, then eagerly await your alloted 30 minutes to browse.
They do that here in Granada to, only for grown-ups and on a much bigger scale. Yesterday was el Dia del libro (book day), and to celebrate they hold a giant public book fair in the city, including poetry readings, folk music, wandering teletubbies and a full kilometer of book stands.
That's right folks, more than half a mile of books, all at 10% off. Pictures are linked below (from my new camera, none the less.)
