I know...seriously my entire life was on my computer...every single thing...checkbook registers, doctor appointments, lists for paying bills, everything ( ... )

UGH that's awful taht everything was on there. So sorry.

Oh how do you tell itunes to look on your Ex HD??? I want to do that as well.

That really sucks about Dell, we've had only Dell computers and not had too many problems - my hub's laptop crashed and they replaced his HD no questions asked. So that really sucks you had a bad experience with them :(
