Help me be a real adult.

I was thinking it might be time to get myself a rain jacket. I haven't had one since I was a kid. And I may be doing some outdoors activities soon, so I thought maybe I should be an adult and actually be prepared for it.

I don't know anything about rain jackets...does this one look like a good deal? Columbia is a good brand, right?
