Quickly, about
Smallville. Is it wrong that I find 1960's Clark and Lana way hotter than their real selves? As I was telling Fiona, I don't mean that just in the sexin' it up way, because obviously their 60's counterparts were more hot and heavy. But in the appearances department...why hasn't the actress who plays Lana cut her hair before? Her 60's hair style looked SO much better for her face. And her makeup was fabulous. Why can't she look like that now? And as for Clark, there was just something about the slicked hair and plaid shirt. As much as I love the scruffy look, he did look pretty tasty with the slicked back thing going on.
Okay, and now that I've discussed their appearances...uh, there's really nothing else I have to say about the episode. I liked that it had a lot more smooching and groping than usual, that was kind of exciting. It was a kind of interesting story but then again, it was kind of just an eh episode. But then who am I kidding? I only watch that show to look at the pretties. So they did their job once again.
Also, I didn't really get to watch Angel, but I did tape it. I did get to catch a few of Spike's insults, and have to say I was much happier with his dialogue here than in the 2nd and 3rd episodes where he did a lot of moping and boring explanitory speeches. But this episode..."General Grumpypants"?? Hehehe. I approve.
