the ides of march so sucked this year...
ok, so this week honestly started out really good *giggles* i know, i'm a horrible person for being happy about it and all that, but can't i wish?! lol anyway, i did decide to give up liking/flirting with some guys for the remainder of lent because, well, i just don't think any of them like me like that. so. yeah. hahahaha
but onto the horribleness of the ides of march (thurs): my work computer crashed!! ok, i know it doesn't sound that bad, but it's my laptop that i have for the internship, and that's all i do, work on that most of the day... it just comes up with this logo, and then goes to a black screen with the cursor in the upper lefthand corner. *sigh* i called every possible help line, but i just have to bring it in the westbank, and they're bringing it to the shop. sooo who knows how long it'll be before i get it back! plus, i had my powerpoint project on there that's due next week that took me a weekend to do... not cool because they will most definitely reformat it and delete everything!
so yeah, not a good day, plus i couldn't do anything friday night because i had to wake up for the literary rally i had to work for ambassadors on saturday morning: woke up at 5! *scream* it was sooo boring. but i got to go out that night for st. patrick's day, fun at carreta's then tucks. got this huge margarita too that was absolutely delicious!
so yep, this week's going to be absolutely crazy, with not having the computer, and papers and tests, and especially since, you know, i hate boys right now, but my mom reminded me of this and i totally loved it and yeah, it's going to get me through the week:
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
