I have just bottled the next batch of beer, which means that it will be done for tuesday night. I'll be damned if I'm gonna wait that long, though. I'm opening the first bottle saturday night, because i'm afraid they're gonna explode again. Actually, I have a list of worries. Here's what i'm afraid might go wrong with this stuff.

* It could get shaken up on the 8 hour car ride to UMass then explode on the way.

* The beers are bottled in Arizona tea bottles. I'm not sure if they're air tight when you close them back up.. and that could lead to flat beer.

* I can't see through the bottles, and while I made an effort to dissolve the sugar by inverting the bottles several times, I can't be sure that the sugar is completely dissolved. Again, that will lead to flat beer.

* There has been tea in these bottles for a long time. That could alter the taste of the beer a bit

There you have it. There's two reasons i'm worried about it being flat, and only one worry for it exploding. The way I see it, those two more than cancel out the one. If it's flat, i'm still gonna drink it.. and enjoy it.
