I have been cooking and baking lately with some success. Last week I did make a YUMMY noodle kugel, and yesterday I baked four dozen sweat potato (free-form) muffins to take to the Dacie Moses birthday brunch today. Today I made a winter squash galette (pictures below) and my sourdough bread is on its last rising. I also have ingredients for ginger-cream scones I want to bring to rehearsal sometime this week.
