To be honest if they all (the cast - minus the older cast who are awesome as is) continue to work at their crafts and get better they'll all at some point or another get a nomination and win. And it'll be for something "better" than Harry Potter.
Or it could be like Leonardo DiCaprio all over again whose gotten a nomination for things but never won even if the movie he was in did win for something else.
