Title: Double Edge Sword by romaine (HP)
Summary: Step into the Magical life story-love story of Harry and Draco. This epic-journey is filled with adventure, angst, drama, tragedy, humour, and most of all-love. The story begins where book 6 leaves us readers, stranded at the monument of Albus Dumbledore. At that moment Harry thinks his life is planned out; if it’s short he dies, if it’s long he gets the girl. However, visitors come to see him the night he ‘Comes of Age’ and he has a decision to make. His choice changes the course of his life and those around him forever. The story adheres to canon as much as possible. The beginning has a lot of het H/G. It will change, for this is Harry and Draco’s story.

Why its on this list/Explanation: This was amazing. I remember seeing it when it was first posted, as in WIP, and being like oh this is going to suck it was going to be too involved for it to be able to pull everything off well. I really, really thought that this was going to suck. So I never read it. I more or less blew it off as a brilliant idea that was never going to be finished or if it was finished it was going to seem rushed and not well written. Then I got bored and was like screw this and read it. I was kinda iffity about it at first because I felt everything was falling into place to fast but as it progressed it stopped bothering me and was okay. By about chapter 69 I was in love by chapter 72 I was pissed and by the time I got to 98 I was contented so yeah, many kudos to romaine for this. I cried, I laughed, I went OMG way awesome. All in all this story was an epic in every senses of the word, romaine pulled it off beautifully. I can’t say it’s because of how romaine writes cause as far as I know this is all romaine’s ever written but if this is her style of writing then I think that there are going to be amazing things to come.
