Recently I got some kefir from someone in this town to make "kefir yogurt". It turns out much easier than the regular yogurt making process. And the result is great. We have been having tasty smoothies, and turn the extra into cream cheese.
The only problem with it is that the kefir grow so fast. Less than two month of time we end up with way more than we ever need even after we gave some to friends already. Now that we can barely get enough milk for the kefir to keep them going. I am going to try to do some experiment with them now we have more than we need. I just start to make some bread starter with it. We will see how it goes.
So last night, after David replace the milk, he said: The kefir is fed and changed!!
Well, what he said was not wrong at all. But it sounds very funny.
