A Browncoat Bride in a pickle
Hi, all!
I'm Brenna, future Mrs. Captain Twerp (long story, that one), here seeking some advice.
My fiance introduced me to Firefly when we were first dating. It's one of those few meaningful things he and I can share together and, for the sake of practicality and comfort, we've decided to have a "Browncoat's Wedding". Male members of the wedding party, including the groom himself, will be in Browncoat uniform (not sure if it'll be dress uniform, as Dearest Cap'n hates things close around the neck) and the Maid of Honor and Bridesmaids will all be receiving a 'Coat of their own.
Or, at least, this is the plan.
I'm overly ambitious, it seems. The one place I thought I could find Independent patches is on hiatus and doesn't appear to be moving much, and it occurs to me that I may just have time to sew on the patches what with school and sewing my own frock.
I took a peek at some of the links here, but does anyone have advice on where to find patches/coats?
