What it's about: Possibly the best character study of the dolls you'll find, looking at why they signed on to the program, how confused they get when real life bleeds through into their artificial ones and why they're so desperate to forget their lives before the Dollhouse in the first place.
Why it's worth watching: Characterization, heartbreaker, special effects, PoV, once is not enough, freaking gorgeous
Favourite bit: There's sooo much angst I can barely choose, but I think the very beginning, where Caroline wants the world to know she's made a difference, but where she's stuck, not even she knows her name, let alone the world.
