I have an idea. I want opinions. So please just leave a comment that says "yes" if you think it's a good idea and "no" if you think it's not. (Or say more, if you want)

I want to let people know certain things I think about them (almost all positive)...things like "I've always wanted to kiss you" or "Your smile makes my day" etc. The question is...do I tell them?
