it's been a fantastic weekend.
friday afternoon i met my cousin kelli for lunch at olga's (mmm snackers) to pick up brandon (my brother). he had stayed with them for a few days, and olga's at 12 oaks was just about the halfway point.
after that clare, malone and i went to see knocked up. i absolutely loved it, malone thought it was good, clare hated it, haha. they freaked out at the scene of the baby crowning. i didnt think it was that bad, i knew it was in the movie, and i dont really have any problem with things like that. i could so be a doctor. i found ben so incredibly endearing. yes, he could be an ass, but it was just real. it wasnt some sort of unbelievable change of character. katherine heigl was absolutely amazing.
we went to moe's for dinner (love, as usual), and then watched breach with vani. which was absolutely amazing. i want to go out and buy it now. those are my kind of movies.
yesterday morning i got up early, picked up jackie, and headed to amber's mary kay debut. which was actually kind of fun. i had some sort of reaction on my arm, which made things interesting, but has disappeared now. i felt a bit seditious going, since my mom sells avon and everything, but it wasn't bad.
i went to the mall with clare and vani, still in search of a dress, and failed to find one. i went home and napped, and then headed out to ann arbor with the girls. we got za's for dinner (delicious) and then went back to dan's, hung out, played kings.
we went to a house party, but malone wasn't feeling well, so i hung out with her for the majority of the time. clare was being a little hussy, as usual, but its okay. i still adore her.
we got btb before heading back to dan's where we all crashed.
i got home today and went to starbucks with amber, enjoyed my iced soy cinnamon dolce latte, and then went to target where i got adorable blank cards. i'm not sure what i'll use them for, but i'm sure that sometime in the future i'll use them. they were from the dollar spot. i couldn't help myself :]
