He didn't want a funeral so instead there was a Memorial Banquet celebrating his life. It was real nice as well. Good food, good people, good music, and it was just.... nice.

I turned m back and left it all.
I couldn't stay another day
To laugh, to love, to work, or to play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
I found that peace at close of day.
If my parting has left a void,

A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss
Ah yes, these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times if sorrow
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life's been full, I've savored much.
Good friends, good times, a loved one's touch.

Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
