Another stomach bug. A much worse stomach bug. As in I normally don't try taking Immodium unless it's been over a day, but it only took me an hour to decide it was absolutely imperative to start taking it. That was at 8. Gatorade, very cold, very slowly.
It appears to be a wierd 24 hour thing...but be very careful that you don't dehydrate.

your abs are gonna be annoyed.

Very cold, eh? I went with Pedialyte, because something about Gatorade seems to annoy my gut when it's already screwed up. But I'll take the very cold advice, definitely. Thank you.

They're already annoyed. Then again, I'm being very whiny, so I imagine anyone within earshot is annoyed. :-/
