Today has to go quickly. I’m a little cranky today. :o(
I have to make a stupid apple pie because my dad wants one at Thanksgiving and my mom isn’t making one and my dad doesn’t ask for that much so I feel obligated to make the stupid pie. My cooking skills..not up to pie-making quite yet, but I’m going to buy the crust and hope that I don’t screw up the inside too badly….what kind of apples do I use? Granny Smith? MacIntosh?
I’m kind of cranky because tonight, instead of curling up with me and watching a cheesy Thanksgiving movie, Steve is going out for Trey’s birthday in a 10 person stretch hummer to a strip club. And he’s going to come home trashed and be loud and annoying and I have to wake up early to leave for Providence while he can sleep in because his Thanksgiving is practically down the street.
So anyway.
