Presidential Death Cycle=Innnnteresting.
The suspected culprit of the "Presidential Death Cycle" is the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn. This particular conjunction occurs in the sky every 19.8 years (in recent times, on or near a year ending in 0). In the medieval arabic era this conjunction was used to forecast societal changes. Every 20 years, since the 1840 election when Jupiter and Saturn started joining in earth signs, every US president elected in a year ending with 0 has died in office before the end of their term, either by assassination or illness.
This Saturn/Jupiter death cycle held true until 1980 and Ronald Reagan. The distinguishing factor in Ronald Reagan's case may have been that the Saturn/Jupiter conjunction changed elements and occurred in the element of air. There is some discussion that because this occurred in the element of air in 1980, the cycle was broken and Ronald Reagan's life was spared.
However, the conjunction of 2000 goes back into the element of earth once again, possibly being more dangerous than the one of 1980. But it is uncertain if the cycle is the important determining factor, or the fact that it is in an earth sign.
