Procrastination has kind of been killing me recently. I've been doing a lot of things that are important, but not necessarily keeping on top of everything that I should be, which is a bit stressful.
But last night was the best thing since I came here, made it completely worth it. "609 and Family" had a giant potluck that turned into a crazy 90s music dance party. I haven't had that much energy in many months - and definitely not that much good food since I got back from break. After playing "Switch with me if" for an hour we all collapsed and started going through Anjelica's (our RA) photos and eating ice cream. It's so funny how close the girls and guys in 609 are, after the first couple weeks of ignoring one another completely. Case in point, today right after lunch I was lying down on the couch and Matt came over and flopped down on my stomach, and Anton jumped on him - now I have bruised innards.
It's dark out and it's only 5:30. Boooo. On the up-side (sort of) it was 72 degrees today - a neat reversal of the 27 degrees of last Monday.
Now I need to go write the 4+-page paper for my stupid FYI class, and figure out what classes I want to take next semester. I may have decided to have my other major in Modern Languages - Spanish and Russian?
