best weekend ever
This weekend was pretty awesome. First it started with Friday, I was in a pretty bad mood because I was all nervous about State Solo & Ensemble. So Cory came over to hang out and he calmed me down . We went out for icecream from McDonalds and then went over to Greg's. Nate, Chris, and Allison were at Greg's and we played a giant game of Egyptian Rat Screw. It was awesome. I had a blast and I felt much better then. Cory always knows how to make me feel better :)
Anyway, Saturday was sucking because I had to waste my time at States but it turns out it wasn't such a waste of time. I got a 1! w00t! The adjudicator was really crazy. I was supposed to go at 2:48 but didn't end up performing until 3:20. She was so behind schedule. She was crazy because she would act really nice and then all of a sudden she'd turn into a bitch. It was scary, I felt like crying. I messed up soooo bad on the sight reading. I went way too fast so I couldn't catch certain things in time. Gah! I hate it when I do that. Later that evening.... Sadies! Cory picked me up and we looked sooo awesome together (we're just that kind of couple, the one that everyone hates because they always look so good ;)*) Then we moved on to a romantic dinner at Taco Bell...yes Taco Bell. It was crazy fun walking in all spiffed up and ordering chalupas. My kind of meal. The dance was alright, it definately had its moments. It doesnt' stand out compared to other dances though. I love dancing with my Cory :) After, we went over to Liz's and watched Fight Club my new favorite movie. "We protect you while you sleep. Do not fuck with us". Haha.
Sunday I woke up super early (7:45ish) to with Cory to his bike race in Ann Arbor. fun fun fun. I saw Mike! beautiful. I was taped when I was ooo so dishoveled by wind by Al. Now he has that to remember me by forever :( Cory and Mike were awesome. I guess Cory was better. haha jk. Then after the bike race we explored Ann Arbor and sorta got lost, ate at Jimmy John's, and saw Mike's house. When we got home we parted ways to take showers. Then we went to see the dumbest most pointless movie of all time - Epic Movie. It was exactly what we wanted a stupid movie to half-way fall asleep during. Then we came back to my house to have dinner (mmm...risotto) and watch the Prestige with my dad, who just a couple of hours ago asked me when David Bowie was in it. I love Christian Slater. I love Cory.
Anyway, today I found a helmet that's on sale at American Cycle and Fitness for $60 and decided it will be mine. Somehow I will make the money by this weekend. I'm trying to sell my old videogames because I never ever ever play them for Playstation, Nintendo, and Nintendo 64. I already sold one! w00t ! That's $20 right there. Plus a $25 gift certificate (screw the pump I can just use yours for a while). I made $35 awhile ago for babysitting that's with my dad right now. that's already more than enough. Plus Cory's discount. Yaye! Oh, but if anyone wants some games just ask me!
