I got to play with Tony and Kent at the bar the other night. It was so awesome because all the guys who play there are way better than me. It kicked ass though because I was able to hold my own on most the tunes. I only had one big flub. That kinda sucked because it was a tune I called. Oh well, the guys invited me back to play again which made me feel good. Also, Phil, this sax player I've been playing with was there. Ive been playing in a combo with him, but they havent been inviting me to gigs. But after he heeard me he invited me to play at gigs. WOO HOO ego boost times a million. But now I need to work harder to keep up....so back to practicing.
