Bike Ride
Today I joined about 7k people on a ride around the St Paul area. It was a lovely day for a ride and my friend A and I had a blast!
And yes, we made it up Ramsey Hill! Granted, we were part of the 80% that walked up, but we made it half way before resorting to pushing!
After the ride we met a couple of friends over at Jay's Cafe for breakfast and bottomless Mimosas! (actually they did have a bottom. I guess they ran low on Champagne so A and I got the last couple of Mimosas, and only 2 refills at that)
I wish I could do the planned even rides more often. I so enjoy the socialization and find myself riding much longer than if alone. Unfortunately at $35 a pop, I have to limit how often I can get out.
Lovely day, good friends, great views, and a not-horribly-sore butt! All in all a fantastic day!
