Rhubarb
One of the things I inherited when we bought the house is three large Rhubarb plants. Now, given that I have rarely in my life had any kind of rhubarb, it seems my cup has runneth over.
Last week I picked about four stalks and made rhubarb cake (more of a coffee cake, but cake none the less).
This weekend I picked about 6 stalks and made rhubarb bars.
There are still many Many MANY stalks left on the damn plants.
I think rhubarb strawberry jam is next.
