Well what can I say? Life has just been nuts for me. I went to Buffalo NY a couple weekends ago. Man that place truely is cold. When I flew from there to Chicago and went outside for a smoke, I was almost sweating because it just didn't seem that cold. Looks like I'll be going to Chicago again in June. My grandfather turns 90 this year and my birthday is just 3 days after that. I won't be staying with him though. His wife still hasn't made it back on my 'good' list. I think instead I'll be staying at my aunt and uncles house instead. They and the kids will be out here at the end of the month. That'll be way cool because I haven't seen them in years it seems. Work is work. I'm not able to book the parties this month. I really don't get it! All the calls I've been getting lately are for May. What's wrong with March? It's a lovely month! I was able to strike up a cool lil promo though with the executive chef so we'll see if I can get some bites now. The boyfriend is working out pretty good. We both work crazy hours so we don't get to hang out much, but when we do he cooks! I'm never going to go hungry again! I highly recommend dating a chef! And he does dishes! I'd like to say things are moving way too fast, but I really just don't feel that way. Everything is so casual. He's totally moved in now. All he really has to do is put in for a change of address and that's it. I do miss Robert though. Through all the years he was always there for me and I really miss that. I know he's happy not living in Arizona anymore though so that makes me happy. He truely hated it here, and sometimes I can't say that I blamed him either. This place gets on my nerves too! Anyway, I thought I'd check in with everyone since it had been a very long while. I hope everyone is doing well and I'll try to keep y'all posted more often.
