Quick thoughts:
I'm starting to get concerned about what I'll actually eat post surgery. I LOVE protein but I hate cottage cheese, protein shakes, protein bars, and the like. I prefer my protein in the form of red meat. I don't particularly like fish and the ways I do like fish are drowning in butter or fried. I've heard many have adverse reactions to poultry at least initially post surgery. Dairy products don't always agree with me well and I have to be careful as to how much I eat at any one time.
I know I'll find a way to make anything work for the short term but I guess I'm just being a scaredy cat.
