it's the end world, and i feel fine!
it seems as though ever since i discovered that i am not screwed in the financial department, everyone else has began hitting financial screwdom. poor dawn has more bills than monica lewinsky, and jen's car took a crap on running, all costly repairs, too. that's sad.
i however, an terrific!! i will be getting paid just enough money as to pay my bills, and only be shor 20 dollars, which is ok, considering this will be my lowest paid point ever for my employment at wemmer mortgage. my bonuses are going to put me up to my $2500 salary cap, and when that gets taken away.....ahhh! also, i am getting commission as normal for my loans, and those are going to go up pretty soon. i will be making more than a thousand dollars more per month than when i worked for peter piper. life will be good, for i will save money, and soon, i will get the equity line of credit, as to pay off bills, and consolidate things. hopefully, that will be easy, but i'm not in any rush to get more than 100% of the value of my house, since it will be impossible to sell for 125% of the appraised value, and it will take at least 10 years to build all that equity up. jessie said it best "why are you going to take out more than 100 percent of the value on your home to pay off a depreciating item like a car??"
i agree with him for once, but i may still refi to 100% value, so i can cash out some to pay off other bills. that may be the best idea. we'll see!!
last weekend was the best, what with grammie and amanda in town, we had a blast. i sure am ready for this weekend though!! it has been a long short week!! hopefully i can hang out with dawn friday, since she is off. i could stand a bit of intoxication...maybe.....adios!!
