Back from Tekkoshocon! So... tired... As far as I know, this con went really well. Nothing huge/horrible happened, DeathCom was extremely nice and (somewhat) well organized this year, and overall it was just very well run. :) I had a great time because I just spent most of it hanging out with old (and some new) friends. I was happy to have a more intimate experience of this year's con since I'm graduating and I didn't want to stress myself by taking a zillion pictures of everyone else. Also, I personally made sure absolutely nothing irresponsible happened at the Hetalia photoshoot like the crap that went down at Anime Boston by standing on a chair, waving my arms and directing the entire shoot because it wasn't like anyone else was going to do it. ^^;.
As usual, it'll take me a few days to get around posting pics and stuff. I just need to catch up on school and rest first. I do feel a lot better though, and I haven't thought about graduation at all over the weekend. I consider that a victory. :)
That being said, we found out veeeery late last night about the death of Poland's president, his wife and a 90+ politicians/military elite in an airplane crash over Russia. That... shocked me a lot. I don't think I have any Polish people on my LJ, but in any case, I'm so, so, SO sorry for your loss. :( I can't imagine what it's like to lose both your President and so many other leaders of your government was well. The worst America has had was the death of JFK, and that was quite traumatic.
