Soooo, one of the holes (formerly moles) in my shoulder looks like it's kind of getting infected. Or maybe it's supposed to look all red and puffy before it heals (because I wish it would heal faster). At the moment, I think the verdict is that I'm healing with a hole (or two) in my arm. The skin around it is finally cleaning itself of dead pieces BUT it also looks like it's healing around the border and ONLY around the border, so I think the hole will be with me for a few years.
Oddly enough, when I noticed this in the shower, my first thought was "those two holes better not be there when I'm getting married and I have to wear my wedding gown!!! >:( "
That doctor of mine is all sorts of fail, apparently. Was I supposed to get some sort of treatment to prevent it from becoming a hole? X_x Srsly.
Moving on...
Life sucks. We're all going to fail Genetics tomorrow. We're hoping the two people who got A's on that last exam while the rest of us failed are either run over by a car or disappear mysteriously off the face of the planet because they're destroying our curve and we want it back. On the bright side, I have a day and a half before I go home for winter break. Not a TOTAL victory since I'll still have two papers due, but a little one.
Oh, by the way, everyone is feeling the economy grind to a halt. Everyone as in our professors and the funding for their research. Within the last few days, my professor suddenly got extremely agitated and won't come out of her office, not even when we're trying to ask her questions. Another AWESOME professor who normally teachers Organic Chemistry II is pulling out of that class to focus on his research, so the poor sophomores are now stuck with some guy with a thick accent from India. Seriously, sucks to be them. That class was hard even WITH an awesome teacher.
*SIIIGH* Why does everything have to suck?
