Dude. Smokey eyes look SOOOO cool. I didn't think it'd work on me because my eyes are very almond-shaped (it looks better on horizontal eyes) but I guess it works as long as you have a double eyelid and stuff. 8D So cool. I know, half of you are going "what crack is she on?", but I'm allowed to have random girly moments!
Also, my friend made me watch two episodes of the new anime Soul Eater yesterday. One, it's by Bones, so the animation is soooo neat and it's terribly clever. (In a sentence, it's about a school run by the Grim Reaper who trains kids to collect souls through the use of weapons that can take human form. The weapons part kind of reminds me of Pokemon. XD;; ) ANYWAYS, hahahaha, I made a comment that "they must have the Ouran/Death Note cast on here because we know how much Bones likes to use them" and sure enough, one of the three main characters has Tamaki/Light's DISTINCT voice.
How terribly fitting. The son of the Grim Reaper, known as Death "the Kid", is as anal retentive as Light (he has an OCD about everything needing to be symmetrical) and yet as spastic and overdramatic as Tamaki. It's soooo bizarre. I keep hearing both Tamaki AND Light whenever the Kid launches into rants and curls up in the corner in a ball of woe. Death the Kid is like... the perfect blend between Tamaki and Light. I find that halarious.
I think I'm really going to like this show. :D
Anyways, Eugene, one of my best guy friends, is in two bands, one that plays solely anime music and one that plays solely video game music. They're going to try and get a spot to perform both at school but also at Tekkoshocon VII, so that's going to be really neat!! And since I helped my guy friend a lot with cosplay, he told his bandmates about me and suddenly I have all these guys trying to call me and ask me about cosplay ideas. I AM SO EXCITED. XD These guys are performers/singers/guitarists and they're totally willing to cosplay (one's already going as Lelouch from Code Geass, and another's going to dress up as Itachi from Naruto). In particular, one of the singers is Taiwanese but sings in perfect Japanese (EEEE! I'm actually not into anime music too much but that is NEAT!) and Eugene was like "Dude. If he goes to Tekkoshocon, singing on stage in perfect Japanese, dressed as whoever from whatever anime, he's going to get MOBBED."
Well, duh. XD
EEEE, these guys are coming to anime club to talk to me tonight! >w< *geek*
EDIT: Oh yeah, you know how I was freaking out yesterday that I couldn't find the newest Ghost Hunters episode on YouTube 'cause YouTube is starting to crack down on GH episodes? Bittorrent has it. :D *luffs her UTorrent*
