anyone else think this is weird?
It's eight days until Christmas and we haven't put the Christmas tree up yet. In fact, the only signs that it is even remotely close to Christmas at my place are the Christmas cards on top of the stereo/TV cabinet, and the fact that I've been listening to Christmas music damn near constantly. The tree usually goes up on the first weekend in December, yet this year we haven't even got around to putting it up.
Pfft, not that I care. I hate putting the tree up anyway.
I'm up to chapter 11 of Star now - I'm going to have to do some major research on Thanksgiving now, so that I don't sound like an uneducated Aussie.
