Well, my parents are now aware that I'm an atheist.
My mum borrowed a book on angels from the library a couple of days ago, and she asked me if I believed in them. I said no, because I don't. I might put forward a contrary image in my writing, but that's just me getting into character. Me myself, I've been an atheist for nearly four years and I'm not about to change anytime soon. And Mum correctly deduced that I don't believe in angels and therefore I don't believe in God. Ten points to her for being smart *nods* I ask you this - considering how fucked-up I am, do you really think I would be a Christian? Get real! I'm messed up. And the cool thing about all of it is that they don't care.
I got just over THREE THOUSAND words written for SIB last night! hehe I was on a major roll with that one. 20K to go - shouldn't be too hard. Wish me luck...
Edit: I've heard a lot about all those new Hanson songs that have been doing the rounds, so if you guys can tell me the names of them and whether they are worth downloading or not, I would very much appreciate it. I already have 'Penny And Me' (a true gem - if you haven't already, DOWNLOAD IT NOW, there's a link in one of the entries at aussiehanson), and I'd love to burn a CD that is nothing but Hanson songs. Also, if someone could tell me what their version of 'Dirrty' is like (seeing as I really like the original by Xtina), and if it's also worth downloading if I can find it, again I will be most grateful.
