And I thought I would never get it published...
I decided about two weeks ago that I wasn't going to rewrite 'Not Such An Innocent Girl' as my novel. Well, I am, and I'm definitely going to have it published.
I found a site called
Lulu.com while surfing
NaNoWriMo earlier tonight, and I can get my book published for free. Unlike
CafePress, which makes you pay $15 (or something like that) to get a book published. So once I've finished editing, I'm putting it up for sale. I'll probably sell it for ten, maybe fifteen dollars. It'll be very interesting to see just how many people actually buy it...this could be a nice little earner for me! I could do with some money right now, I only have twenty bucks and even then I don't have it in my possession, I lent it to Mum three months ago and haven't seen it since! I only need enough money to bid for a laptop on eBay, and I'll be happy.
I'll post a link to my shopfront on
Lulu.com next entry.
Edit: This is the final dedication of 'Immortal':
For Ashley, my co-writer and a true friend
For Taylor, my ‘fellow freak’
And for all the girls at the TaylorHanson.org Forums
Thanks for being the coolest friends a girl could have.
BTW, Ashley is
orlijah, and Taylor is
sickgirlx.
