Winter break winter break winter break dudududade~ I want to go back to Malaysia so.darn.bad. :( :( :( Mama ni aitai T__T Expensive airline tickets stand in my way so I am unable to return :( Summer. Must go back in the summer! *_*
Anyhoo, after I got out of work today, I had about 20 mins of free time while waiting for the bus today so I took some pictures of the campus.
The statue of Sul ross and the building behind is the academic building. I've never had a class there before though ;O Many people leave pennies around the statue to bring good luck when taking exams. When I went there last week, someone made a miniature Kyle Field (the foodball field on campus) out of pennies and left it there. And someone commented "They actually spent so much time on that when they could have been studying." Lol, true but it was still cool XD
And I saw a cute little fellow along the way :) There're lots of squirrels around campus lol.
The century oak! It was one of the first trees planted on the Texas A&M campus, so it's well over 100 years old, as the name suggests lol. According to the aggie tradition, if a couple walks together under the branches of the tree, they'll get married in the future. And if the proposal takes place under the tree, it's supposed to last forever. Well, that's what the tradition says lol. Oh and I heard that if you walk through alone and you're single, you'll never find true love rofl.
Found another little fellow on the tree.
That's all the pictures I could take this time. If I have time I'll go on to part II lol. Most of these were around the center area of the campus, so maybe the Engineering side or West Campus next time.
I've been having WAY too much of
this semester. I've had way over 10 of them (for lunch.) But sometimes I don't have time (or too lazy to) go anywhere else so i just get some cookies from the cafe at the library ;(
EDIT:
After two years! 7th story~~ Although there were a few tracks I wasn't interested in, I shall continue to worship SH <3
