love and hate
i went to ent doc this week. guess what his diagnosis was? i'm allergic to something.
something has got to be done about my ability to read my surroundings. lately ruthie, my lil sis, has been on the gray matter. no one has really seen her since christmas. she called me tuesday night...apparently she had been praying, and suddenly remembered my number. doesn't even know my sis's, who lives there.
i love that girl. she told me tonight that no one hugs her quite like i do, and i need to school people in my skillz... between that, and some touchung words from other family, i had me a good cry...
went to the bar with angela tonight. ran into a coupla chicas i've not seen since the end of high school..so you'd think they'd have grown up some. they both got interested in african american men toward the end of our younger days. make no mistake, i don't discriminate on shade of melanin, but on attitude. these girls piss me off bec/ from that day to this, the guys are fine *bec* they're black. theo, a guy i just met tonight, danced with me, and he was chill...they freaked out bec/ i got more "play" than they did...and he was black. yeah, he was cute...bec/ he was funny. yeah, he had a nice ass....bec/ he had a nice ass... if i see him again, and he has stones to approach me, it'd be fine with me...
have i ever voiced how much i detest judging someone on appearance???? or using derragatory terms like "chocolate?"
there was something else that happened, but i'm not gonna talk about it here. i'm gonna go read me some jason carney. i'll probably post some of his work tomorrow.
