I have a job interview on Monday...
The job is of equal pay to the one i have right now. BUT...its full time with steady hours and benefits. I'm not getting my hopes up too much. I have little experience in Crisis Intervention, having only worked with children 3-7 in my present job. But i figure its a shot. And possibly an exciting change in scenery/clients/issues. Right now i've been with the same clients for over a year and a half and im feeling a bit burned out with them and run out of fresh ideas and techniques. While this job might be far more demanding, i think im ready for a challenge.
