Yo yo
Wattup, ma hoes?
Hee.
Yea, this summer sucks. It was all fine and good when I just had two classes a week, even though they started at 930 and ended at 230 and I had to fight rush hour in the mornings. At least they weren't Monday through Thursday starting at eight fucking o'clock like the next class I have to take. And it's fucking CHEMISTRY on top of that. I hate chemistry so damn much. And yet I've taken one semester of it already, I'm going to take another starting next week and I plan to take a whole year's worth of organic chemistry next year. KILL ME NOW. Goddamn hard-ass biology major *mumble, mumble*.
Have they no sympathy?!?! Apparently not.... bastards.
Anyway.... I haven't been to work in a week, which isn't so bad for me considering the down time I've had. Plus I work for my parents, so I don't have nearly the amount of discipline a person my age should have with regard to a job, but meh.
I want to get a job in DC when I go back to school. And I REALLY want to get an apartment there. God, that would rock so much. I'd be living in DC! Like, for real--not just saying I live there when really I live in suburban Virginia. Man, that would be so cool. But I doubt it'll happen anytime soon. Ah, well. A girl can dream....
As for other things.... I'm a complete nerd, if any of you hadn't already noticed. I finished the fifth installment of the Harry Potter series yesterday = six days after it was released. But, in my defense [or just to make me feel slightly cooler than I do right now] my sister finished it in four.... Then again, she had all day sitting at home to read it and if I'd had the same amount of time, I'd have finished it in less. So, yea. I'm a huge dork and there's no escaping it. But, damn, does that book rock. It's so good. I can't wait for the next book.... and waiting is going to drive me insane. The prospect of the third Lord of the Rings movie will keep me going, though :) Yay, uber-dorks! Woo!
And other things are fine and dandy, as well. I'm going to see Sarah soon!! That makes me so happy. And it'll be in the mountains! Sa-weet! I hope Ana's home by then. I'd love to see her, too.

Okay, that's all for now. Some of my relatives from Canadia are here visiting with their newborn, who is just the cutest little monkey-head ever. It's so nice to smell baby smells again. :) There hasn't been a baby in this family for a while. Yay, babies!

So, yea. I'm going to go play with him now.
