So I'm so incredibly excited by the news that Peyton Manning is going to be a Bronco! I was worried that the whole outdoor stadium and cold weather thing was going to be a dealbreaker for him. Thanks to my dad the Broncos have pretty much always been my team(even before I actually had a team, haha) but Peyton's kind of always been my favorite player(with the possible exception of when Ed McCaffrey was still playing, but that ship's long since sailed) so this news makes me so happy! I don't know what kind of shape Peyton's going to be in by the time the season starts, but hopefully he'll start getting workouts in with the team now and be ready... even if he takes some time to adjust, I'm still pleased. But I'll root for my boys even if they suck. No fair-weather fans here. =P
Don't know what this news means for Tebow, exactly, but I do hope he finds a good fit somewhere. Whatever people say about him, I do think he seems like a good guy and he brought some life to the team when it desperately needed it.
