Time to try to lose weight

So I think I weight about 130, too much for me to care about. Ever since I moved in I've been gaining weight. Well, now I'm going to try to lose it, if anyone wants to join me so we can help each other that would be awesome. I'm going to start running again starting tuesday. Maybe monday if I'm not too tired. Since I worked a lot tonight.

What should my calorie limit be? Or what kinds of food should I eat? Help?
